Downtown Tree Lighting | December 2, 6-9pm
Downtown Fairfield’s Holiday celebration begins December 2nd with the tree lighting Texas Street, between the blocks of Union Avenue and Madison Street. Mayor Harry Price will light the tree at 6:30 p.m. Get into the spirit of Christmas by meeting Santa Claus and the Frozen sisters! Enjoy youth performances, caroling, arts and crafts, hot cocoa and a Winter Wonderland activity area. Most activities are FREE!

Festive Forest at Legendary Letters | December 2, 4-8pm
Celebrate the Holiday season with the grand opening of Festive Forest! Holiday trees are decorated by local businesses, schools, churches and organizations all through December. There will be a Letters to Santa Claus booth set up for children in the evening and a chance for those who want to donate canned food for the Food Bank or want to donate a new toy for Toys For Tots. Opening day will be during Fairfield’s official tree lighting on December 2nd from 4 to 8pm.

Christmas on the Suisun Waterfront | December 3, 2pm – 8pm
An annual holiday tradition at the beautiful Suisun City Waterfront. Start your Holidays with old fashioned family Christmas activities. Enjoy live music featuring The Time Bandits on Harbor Plaza Stage 2:30-5:00pm. There will also be amusement rides for families to enjoy at Sheldon Plaza. Below is the schedule of the activities!

Santa Trains at Western Railway Museum | December 3-4, 10-11, 17-18
It’s that time of the year where Western Railway Museum transforms into a Christmas Wonderland event for the whole family! Enjoy magical winter train rides, a visit from Santa Claus where he will greet each child with a festive golden bell to signify the first gift of the Christmas season. Trains will be running every hour from 12pm-5pm.
Ticket prices are $27 for adults, $25 for children, $15 for adult members, $12 for Child members and all tickets for under 2 are free.

Menorah Lighting | December 21, 5:30pm
The City of Fairfield, in partnership with the Chabad of Solano County, announces the second annual Fairfield Menorah Lighting Ceremony, located in Downtown Fairfield. The event will take place on Wednesday, December 21 and begin at 5:30 pm. There will be various festivities following the lighting ceremony including family entertainment, light refreshments.
