The Tenbrinks host private events and tastings at their Suisun Valley winery and are also open to the public by appointment and for special events. They have over 60 acres of vineyards planted and handcraft 1,500 cases annually in their red barn winery. Tenbrink Winery specializes in Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, and Tempranillo.
Linda and Steve Tenbrink moved to Suisun Valley as newlyweds to live and work in a rustic setting for the rest of their lives. They have farmed in Suisun Valley for most of their lives. They first came here in 1982 with absolutely no experience in farming – but they had a dream. Over the years, they acquired farmland, which now includes approximately 60 acres of vineyards and 52 acres planted with walnuts, a variety of fruit trees, and an heirloom tomato patch. They grow several hundred varieties of tomatoes each year for fine dining restaurants. In 2006, at the urging of renowned winemaker Abe Schoener, they decided to build their own winery and focus on growing wine grapes. Today they handcraft 1,500 cases in their red barn winery, which they added to the remnants of a 100 year-old redwood barn.
