Voted as one of the Top 10 Factory Tours in the US, our iconic attraction offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Jelly Belly creates its famous bean and over 50 other fine confections. Step into the factory and smell the aroma of the delicious treats being created that day. The best part? You can taste all the flavors at the sample bar in the visitor center!


Brew Masters

n addition to our delectable wineries, Fairfield also has some great breweries and taprooms to enjoy. Make a point of stopping into one of these establishments and enjoy a selection of over a dozen, hand-crafted beers on tap as well as a menu of delicious fare that complement the brews. All ages are welcome in the taprooms (some are also pet friendly!) and Heretic Brewing Company even offers free tours during specific hours.

Fairfield has two bottling companies that grow, produce and bottle their own extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegar, nut oils, baking extracts and more. Stop in Sonoma Harvest Olive Oil & Winery and IL Fiorello Olive Oil Company for a taste of their delicate creations.
