True Symmetry Brewing Company

True Symmetry Brewing Company in Suisun City features 20 craft beers on tap in a fun and relaxed tasting room that often includes dining options from area food trucks. The brewery’s goal is to offer a memorable experience in every glass of beer.  They aim to make all beer styles, with a strong emphasis on English and Belgian ales. 

True Symmetry has been open since April of 2018. Their head brewer, Jason Ledford, started as a home brewer in 1999 when his wife Chasity bought him a small home brewing kit for Christmas. Since 1999, he has won numerous homebrew awards. In 2014, he received an opportunity to attend Brewlab, a brewing program located in Sunderland (northern) England. Jason graduated with merit and earned a Diploma in British Brewing Technology! 

The tasting room is open Thursday, 5 pm to 9 pm, Friday, 3 pm to 9 pm, Saturday, 12 pm to 9 pm, and Sunday, 12 pm to 6 pm.
