Charcuterie Tree Workshop

Grab a friend or your significant other and join Graze Solano at Suisun Valley Filling Station for fun night creating your own Charcuterie tree! This one and a half hour workshop will guide you on how to cut and style artisanal cheeses and charcuterie meats! Along with incorporating other holiday and seasonal accruements into your tree shaped wood board! Be sure to wear your ugly Christmas sweater! There will be a prize for the ugliest! Workshop includes: – 1.5 hour step by step instructed class – 18” WOOD tree shaped board – all ingredients and materials – take home box OR wrapping for easy transport home – raffle prize – glass of wine
