Organic Farming and Gardening Class at Il Fiorello

The upcoming class promises to be a comprehensive exploration of the world of organic farming and gardening. 🪴Attendees will be treated to coffee, tea, and muffins as they settle in for discussions on a variety of topics. Led by their on-site Master Gardener, David, the class will delve into what it means to be organic and the certification process that accompanies it. 

Participants will also learn about the Safe Seed Pledge, Slow Food, water conservation, composting, and fertilization. There will also be a tour of the farm, where visitors can see first-hand how organic principles are put into practice. The event will also feature displays from the Napa Solano Audubon Society, Solano Master Gardeners, and Wilkinson Acres – CSA.
