Community Milling at Il Fiorello

Turn backyard olives into certified extra virgin olive oil with Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company’s Community Milling Days in Suisun Valley. Local growers can bring freshly harvested olives to be milled alongside fruit from growers throughout the Greater Bay Area, then take home a share of the finished olive oil based on their contribution. Community Milling Days will take place October 17 and November 21, 2026, with a Growers Meeting & Workshop on September 12 covering harvesting techniques, fruit ripeness, and milling preparation. Participants must contact Il Fiorello’s milling team to confirm their milling slot.
