Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company is a family-owned company dedicated to growing and milling the finest quality artisan olive oil. Owners Ann and Mark Sievers produce oil from their own groves. Their properties are located in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairfield and Napa Valley, a still-rural area where creek-side soils allow good drainage for the trees.
Il Fiorello is proud to present their international award-winning olive oils as well as wines produced on their own label. Come see the Visitor Center and Olive Mill for tours and tastings. Tastings are daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mill tours are available by appointment. Group tours are also available. Please call ahead to customize your tour and tastings. Food pairings are available along with the international award-winning olive oils. The visitor center also includes a gift shop, a corporate event meeting space, and an outdoor patio with magnificent views of over 2,000 olive trees and the surrounding valley. Group cooking lessons in the ‘Kitchen in the Grove’ Culinary Center and demonstrations led by executive chefs are especially popular. Il Fiorello offers private classes, dinners and specialty cooking technique classes for large groups. Reservations are required.
Fun Fact: The name Il Fiorello means “little flower” in Italian, so named after Ann’s grandfather, Dominic Fiorello. She chose the symbolic name for the tiny, white flowers on the olive trees, each of which will become a delicious olive for milling into ultra premium oil.
Il Fiorello is open daily year-round, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
