Blues Brew & BBQ Cook-Off

The City of Fairfield’s Parks and Recreation Department will host its third annual “Blues, Brews & BBQ Cook-Off” event, which will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, on the County Lawn in Downtown Fairfield on the corner of Texas and Jefferson streets.

While enjoying live blues music, attendees can purchase BBQ from local food trucks and beer will be available for purchase by adults 21 and over. The chicken and pork ribs cook-off is back and anyone who is interested in competing can enter and cook on site. Winners will receive cash and a trophy prize.
