Event Submission Criteria

Thank you for your interest in submitting a listing for the Visit Fairfield Events Calendar. Please review the following submission guidelines, then complete the form to be considered:

  • This website does not serve as a community calendar for locally-based activities. In support of our goal to attract overnight visitors to Fairfield, CA, it is preferred that events motivate and interest tourists to visit the destination.
  • Events should be open to the public.
  • We reserve the right to edit or modify your event description.
  • Allow seven business days for your request to be reviewed and uploaded to the calendar, if approved.
  • Typically, following the types of activities are not included on the calendar: local fundraisers, meetings, job fairs, trade shows/expos, workshops, open houses, services for local residents, private events.
  • Submission does not guarantee that your event will be added to the calendar.
  • Please type out the content in the third person

Photography Requirements

  • Submit a high-quality, landscape-oriented photo (3:2 ratio) with a resolution of at least 1280×853 and a file size under 1MB.
  • Portrait-oriented photos, event flyers, or logos will not be accepted.
  • By submitting a photo, you confirm you own the rights to it and allow Visit Fairfield to use it for promotional purposes.
